Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Overview

At uLinkQR, we want you to feel confident purchasing a Premium subscription. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to cancel your subscription.

Short version: Cancel anytime. No refund for the current billing period, but you keep access until it ends. Accidental charges and failed deliveries are fully refunded.

02Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full Premium access until the period ends — we do not cut access early
  • Your account reverts to Free plan automatically after the period ends
  • No refund is issued for unused days in the current billing period unless covered by the exceptions below

04How to Request a Refund

Email support@ulinkqr.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Phone Number]" and include:

  • Your registered mobile number
  • Transaction ID (visible in the app under Settings → Billing or in your PhonePe history)
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, card, or wallet).

05PhonePe Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect charge was made and we have not resolved it, you may raise a dispute directly with PhonePe:

ℹ️ PhonePe typically processes dispute resolutions within 5–7 business days. For technical payment failures where money was deducted but not credited, PhonePe auto-reverses within 5 business days per RBI guidelines.

06Yearly Plan Refunds

The ₹399/year plan is eligible for a prorated refund if you request cancellation within 7 days of purchase and have not used any Premium features. After 7 days, the standard no-refund policy applies for the remainder of the term.
